Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Gather all ingredients.

On a large plate, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.Step 3
Heat 2 tablespoons of the butter and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Transfer the cooked chicken to an oven-safe dish and keep it warm in the oven while you prepare the sauce.

Add the remaining butter and olive oil to the same skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and start to brown, about 5-7 minutes.Pour in the Marsala sirka and chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook until the sauce has reduced by half, about 10-15 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the chicken in the oven-safe dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
